He has co-founded and scaled multiple companies from pre-revenue through exits of over $2.7B, led private equity initiatives, and served in executive roles across both public and private sectors. His most recent roles include acting as CEO and Managing Partner of SFP Capital, prior to which he served as Chief of Government Relations & Healthcare Policy for UnitedHealth Group's national Medicare and Retirement business. When not working, he enjoys sailing and spoiling his two corgis, Buttercup and Wesley.

Chris is a highly accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience, starting with one of the pioneering websites in the dental industry. He has since broadened his expertise, spending 15 years in the health and wellness sector. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Chris is dedicated to fostering innovation and driving growth within the digital health landscape.

Luanne has spent more than 20 years building products and leading technology organizations, with a career focused on healthcare, insurance, and other regulated industries. She has led the development of multiple startup platforms from concept through commercialization, overseeing product strategy, engineering, architecture, and data. As Chief Product & Technology Officer at HiQOR, she leads the company's product and technology organization. Known for her hands-on leadership style, she works closely with engineering and business teams to turn ideas into products that people use.

As Chief Financial Officer, Shital drives HiQOR's financial strategy, planning, and operational excellence. With deep expertise in healthcare finance and venture-backed growth companies, she ensures sustainable financial management while enabling strategic investments in innovation and market expansion.

Richard K. LaTulip, Field CISO, has over 23 years of distinguished service in the US Secret Service, where he focused on incident response, protecting critical infrastructure, and investigating financial and computer crimes. He delved deep into the dark web to combat cyber threats, employing a multifaceted approach. His commitment extended internationally, as he served as a diplomat at the US Embassy in Estonia, strengthening global cybersecurity alliances. After retiring, Richard obtained industry-recognized certifications like the CISM and CISSP and transitioned to the private sector. He excelled in information security and IT management, implementing essential frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022 and SOC2 Type II. Richard's expertise includes regulatory compliance (HIPAA/HITECH, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS) and data protection.

Seasoned executive with leadership experience in digital products, media, and healthcare. Bill's career spans the U.S. Army, Oracle, America Online, Yahoo!, Fox, Beachbody, and Wondr Health in executive leadership roles which focus on digital transformation and wellness applications.
