He delved deep into the dark web to combat cyber threats, employing a multifaceted approach. His commitment extended internationally, as he served as a diplomat at the US Embassy in Estonia, strengthening global cybersecurity alliances. After retiring, Richard obtained industry-recognized certifications like the CISM and CISSP and transitioned to the private sector.
